At Word on Fire, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to begin the journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
